On fait grise mine quand le bronzage dispara\u00eet au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les r\u00e9unions s\u2019encha\u00eenent, en se demandant comment faire pour prolonger, ne serait-ce qu\u2019un peu, les vacances. Pas de panique : inutile de passer des heures sous les UV, quelques bons gestes peuvent encore vous sauver\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><strong>1. Le gommage<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>On ne le r\u00e9p\u00e8tera jamais assez : le secret d\u2019une peau lumineuse, c\u2019est le gommage qui vire d\u2019un coup de grains les peaux mortes. Alors oui : on a un peu l\u2019impression de perdre du bronzage, mais c\u2019est pour gagner en \u00e9clat, et \u00e7a c\u2019est imparable pour avoir une jolie peau et attirer le regard. Mieux vaut (toujours) une peau un brin plus claire mais lumineuse qu\u2019une peau plus bronz\u00e9e mais terne \u00e0 souhait.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Les choix de Miss Mad :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>option douce : au quotidien (m\u00eame pendant les vacances) on opte pour le gommage grain de beaut\u00e9 Bourjois qui en plus a une odeur agr\u00e9able et pour le visage le overnight biological peel de Kiehl\u2019s (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois fois par semaine).<\/li>\n<li>option punchy : deux fois par semaine le gommage cr\u00e8me de corps au miel et lait de soja et le re-texturing micro-dermabrasion (pas plus d\u2019une fois par semaine), les deux chez Kiehl\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><strong>2. L\u2019hydratation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bien que le r\u00e9flexe devrait \u00eatre quotidien tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, la p\u00e9riode post-vacances est cruciale pour l\u2019hydratation de la peau. On ne l\u00e9sine pas sur les cr\u00e8mes riches en actifs r\u00e9parateurs et on met la gomme sur tout ce qui peut nourrir la peau. Si en plus \u00e7a prolonge le bronzage\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Les choix de Miss Mad :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>option prolongation du bronzage : la gamme Lancaster avec une mention sp\u00e9ciale pour le lait visage tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger et le lait apr\u00e8s-soleil Clarins.<\/li>\n<li>option nutrition extr\u00eame : le beurre de cacao Planters \u00e0 tartiner sur tout le corps (avec en bonus un parfum gourmand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><strong>3. Le plein de l\u00e9gumes et vitamines<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Et oui : en vacances, on mange moins, on fait du sport, on dort beaucoup et, sans m\u00eame y penser, on r\u00e9\u00e9quilibre les manques de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Pour prolonger l\u2019effet tout b\u00e9n\u00e9f\u2019, on vise le mara\u00eecher et on prend tout ce qui est gorg\u00e9 de couleurs : tomates de toutes les couleurs, courgettes, aubergines, salade, poivrons, haricots, oranges, pamplemousses, fraises et avocat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Les id\u00e9es de Miss Mad :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>option pr\u00e9voyance : on se bloque en trois et quatre heures le weekend pour pr\u00e9parer des petits plats \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Il suffit juste de faire le plein de fruits et l\u00e9gumes (tiens, j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 lu \u00e7a quelque part\u2026) et de tout mettre au cong\u00e9lateur une fois que c\u2019est pr\u00eat.<\/li>\n<li>option last minute : Picard est le h\u00e9ros de toute une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration avec ses l\u00e9gumes, poissons et volailles sans rien d\u2019ajout\u00e9 (non, on ne prend pas l\u2019escalope pan\u00e9e, sinon \u00e7a ne sert \u00e0 rien). Pur\u00e9es avec que du l\u00e9gume dedans, fruits en morceaux, l\u00e9gumes d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9s\u2026 Tout y est pour manger sainement et rapidement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><strong>4. Le boom des couleurs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, il n\u2019y a pas de tabou : on aime le rose, le turquoise, le rouge, l\u2019orange vif\u2026 On en use et en abuse : sur les mains, les pieds, aux oreilles, aux poignets\u2026 Rentr\u00e9e ne rimant pas avec morosit\u00e9 (enfin si, mais bon\u2026), aucune raison de ranger sagement tous ces grigris et flacons de vernis au placard. On fait juste le tri et on \u00e9vite l\u2019association extr\u00eamiste.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Les conseils de Miss Mad :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>option sage : on met l\u2019accent sur les ongles en adoptant une couleur unique bien flashy. Le fluo est toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9. C\u00f4t\u00e9 accessoires, on mise sur un bracelet fin ou des boucles d\u2019oreilles qui viendront \u00e9clairer le visage.<\/li>\n<li>option funky : on m\u00e9lange les vernis soit en en mettant deux diff\u00e9rents sur les mains et les pieds, soit en s\u2019adonnant \u00e0 la mani-p\u00e9di arc-en-ciel. En faisant preuve d\u2019un peu de jugeote et d\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Les petits secrets (qui n\u2019en sont pas vraiment) de Miss Mad :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>option inventive : on ne loupe pas une occasion de bouger. Et ON NE PREND PAS LA VOITURE POUR FAIRE 500 METRES !<\/li>\n<li>option addict : cours de cardio, d\u00e9placements \u00e0 v\u00e9lo (merci V\u00e9lib\u2019 d\u2019\u00eatre entr\u00e9 dans la vie des parisiennes), mont\u00e9e des escaliers\u2026 Gare quand m\u00eame au surmenage (ce serait dommage d\u2019en faire moins au bureau pour \u00eatre crev\u00e9e \u00e0 cause du sport..!).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a plus qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019y mettre\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\/<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">1. The scrub<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll never say it enough: the secret of a beautiful skin is the scrub which makes all dead cells disappear in a minute. So yes: you might get the impression that you lose a shade of tan but it\u2019s to get more glow and this is what makes the difference. better have a lighter more glowy skin than a darker, dull one.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Miss Mad\u2019s choices:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>soft option: daily use (even during vacation) the Bourjois grain de beaut\u00e9 scrub which smells good (bonus) for the body. For the face, get the overnight biological peel by Kiehl\u2019s (up to three times per week).<\/li>\n<li>punchy option: twice a week, the Cr\u00e8me de corps soy milk and honey scrub and the re-texturing micro-dermabrasion (no more than once a week), both by Kiehl\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">2. Nourrishing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Even though it should now be a reflex all year long, the post-vacation period is crucial for skin hydration. Don\u2019t hesitate to use rich, repairing moisturizers and everything that nourrishes the skin. You just need to buy fruits and vegetables and put what you have cooked in the freezer.<\/li>\n<li>last minute option: the French have a modern hero named Picard and its vegetables, fish, poultry with nothing added (no, you don\u2019t take the fried fish otherwise there\u2019s nothing we can do for you). Mashed vegetables with only vegetables inside, washed and cut fuirts and vegetables\u2026 Everything is there to eat fast and good.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">4. Color attack<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the summer, there are no limits: we like pink, turquoise, red, flashy orange\u2026 We use and abuse them: on our hands, on our feet, on our ears, on our wrists\u2026 Back to work not meaning back to sadness (though, in some cases\u2026), there\u2019s no reason to put all our summer jewelry and nail polish pots in a box. Just make a selection and avoid extreme associations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Miss Mad\u2019s advice:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wise option: focus on your nails with a unique, flashy color for hands and feet. Fluo is still on the run. As for the accessories, go for a simple bracelet or earrings that will enlighten your face.<\/li>\n<li>funky option: mix the nail polishes either by putting two different ones on hands and feet or by opting for a rainbow mani-pedi. As for the accessories, yo can try the accumulation of colored bracelets but careful: too much is too muc (especially if you work in a bank.
